How long will it take to personalise?
This is one of our most commonly received questions. You can see the lead times (how long it takes to personalise) for each product in the ‘Product Details’ tab. As a general rule most printed products take 1-3 working days to personalise with some items (such as glassware) taking 3-5 working days. Items are then dispatched on the delivery method you have chosen.
How much is delivery?

Will there be any order information/receipt in with the product?
We don’t include any invoice or anything except the product itself in the parcel you receive. This is because many people order our products as gifts. You will receive an email order confirmation however.
Do you ship abroad?
Yes we deliver many of our items, including our exclusive range of Santa Sacks, worldwide. A small number of products on the website unfortunately cannot be sent overseas, so please contact our customer service team before placing your order to make sure.
Has my order been dispatched yet?
You will be sent a notification email on the date your items leave our HQ. If you have selected a ‘track & trace’ service then your email will include all the relevant tracking details on there as well.
An item I ordered has arrived damaged or is wrong?
We try our very best to ensure every order is checked thoroughly and packaged carefully before leaving our HQ. If however you receive the incorrect items or they arrive damaged then please get in touch with us as soon as possible, ideally with an accompanying photograph of the issue. We then can offer a replacement on a fast track service or refund.
Do you do bulk/corporate orders?
We are more than happy to work with businesses, societies, organisations and groups to personalise large numbers of items. Please get in touch and we can discuss what we can offer you.
Can you add a logo/image to this product?
A large number of products on our website can have company logos added to them if required, and we have an in-house design team able to provide any artwork assistance you might require. To speak to our team about logo printing, please email email@example.com or call 01522 877 433.
Can I get a discount for ordering multiple items?
We can offer discounts on bulk/large volume orders. Please contact our customer services team at firstname.lastname@example.org to find out more.
Where are you based?
Our print and manufacturing hub is based in the picturesque city of Lincoln, home of the famous Lincoln Christmas market. This is where all your Santa Sacks were designed and customised by hand by our busy in-house team.
How do I know I can trust your site?
The Santa Sacks Co. was established in 2015, and in our very first festive season we dispatched over 24,000 orders to customers all over the country. Our skilled in-house workforce use state-of-the-art print and CAD-cut machinery to produce the personalised items on offer on this website, and we have a dedicated customer service team ready to help you with any enquiries you might have.
