Where is Santa Sacks Based?

Can I personalise products on Santa Sacks?

A large number of products on Santa Sacks can be personalised in some way, whether it be the recipients name, a personal message or even a company logo printed onto the product. We have a dedicated in-house design team who are able to provide any artwork/design assistance you may require.

How long will production and delivery take?

As a general rule most printed products take around 1-3 working days, with some products (such as glassware) which would take around 3-5 working days. Items are then dispatched on the delivery method you have requested. How much is delivery?

Will there be any order information/receipt in with the product?

We don’t include any invoice or anything except the product itself in the parcel you receive. This is because many people order our products as gifts. You will receive an email order confirmation however.

Has my order been dispatched yet?

You will be sent a notification email on the date your items leave our HQ. If you have selected a ‘track & trace’ service then your email will include all the relevant tracking details on there as well.

Do you offer International Delivery?

Yes we deliver many of our items, including our exclusive range of Santa Sacks, worldwide. A small number of products on the website unfortunately cannot be sent overseas, so please view our International Shipping Disclaimer before purchasing from Santa Sacks LTD.

What is your International Shipping Disclaimer?

All International orders are priced in (GPB) Pound Sterling. While many packages make it to their final destination without issues, Santa Sack LTD (www.santasacks.com), is not responsible once the package lands in the destination country as we do not have any jurisdiction over international countries and their postal systems. Should any issues arise after the package has left the UK and has landed in the destination country, the recipient is responsible for contacting their local postal service to remedy the situation. The recipient is also responsible for all customs fees, taxes, and brokerage charges. While many orders make it through customs without issues, the customs agency in your country may require you to pay fees before receiving your package. It is the recipient’s responsibility to check with their country’s Customs Office to verify any fees as we are unable to provide the recipient with any information of the charges. By completing your order you agree to pay all applicable fees. If your package is seized by Customs Officials for any reason whatsoever, we will not issue you a refund unless all products are returned to us in their original condition.

Before purchasing any item(s) from us at Santa Sack LTD (www.santasacks.com), we recommend that you check with the Customs Authorities within your country of destination, and check that the product(s) you wish to purchase are not either Prohibited or Restricted.

 

An item I ordered has arrived damaged or is wrong?

We try our very best to ensure every order is checked thoroughly and packaged carefully before leaving our HQ. If however you receive the incorrect items or they have arrived damaged then please get in touch with us as soon as possible, ideally with an accompanying photograph of the issue. We can then offer a replacement on a fast track service or a refund.
